      Transfer procedure

      Delivery of personal belongings from Ukraine to Switzerland

      📦 Shipping from Ukraine:

      All transfers must be sent by Nova Poshta to Chernivtsi (branch No. 4).
      The last day for receiving parcels is Monday inclusive.
      Anything that arrives later will be left for the next flight.

      📤 Departure from Ukraine — every Thursday.
      📬 Delivery to Switzerland — on Saturday or Sunday (depending on the city).

      🧳 We recommend packing shipments in bags, packages or suitcases.
      ❗️The parcel must include the full name, Swiss phone number with messenger and the recipient's address in Switzerland.

      🔴 PROHIBITED FOR TRANSPORTATION:

      • Cigarettes, alcohol
      • Seeds, seedlings
      • Animal products and plant origin (honey, butter, fish, except for taranka)
      • Medicines (psychotropic, prescription, ampoules, syringes)
      • Cosmetics (botox, fillers)
      • Money, weapons, drugs
      • Fur products
      • Counterfeit brands
      • Antiques
      • New items are allowed to be transported only without tags and removed from the original packaging.

      💰 Shipping cost:

      2.50 francs/kg
      Minimum amount — 10 francs (up to 4 kg, if you pick up from the car)
      Small transfers to an address in Switzerland (up to 8 kg) — 20 francs

      📄 Goods require invoice.
      📦 If the value of the contents exceeds 150 francs - subject to customs clearance (8% of the value).

      📦 Shipping from Switzerland:

      The cost is the same: 2.50 francs/kg
      We pay for Nova Poshta services ourselves
      It is advisable to pack in a box
      Write the recipient's details in Ukraine on the parcel itself
      Payment - during registration, to the driver

      📌 Notes:

      Delivery of goods, oversized cargo, documents, jewelry, equipment - by separate agreement
      The sender from Ukraine pays for Nova Poshta services himself
      All parcels are checked for prohibited items before sending

      You can import into Switzerland without paying customs duties:

      • Used personal effects
      • Food for the trip
      • Fuel in the car tank

      Other goods may be subject to value-added tax (if their value exceeds 150 francs) and sometimes customs duties. The following are prohibited from being imported: plants, cash, drugs, counterfeit goods, cultural property, certain medicines, radar detectors, animals, animal products and weapons.
